Your house

Care visits from once a month to once a week: a full walk round the house, airing, water run at every tap, a visual check for leaks, the fuse board and the fridge, post collected, plants watered. Photo report by email the same day.

Before and after your stays

House prepared for your arrival with the beds made, closed for the winter and opened for the season. Depending on the plan, a visit after every orange or red weather warning, and tradespeople let in: I open up and lock up for them.

Your boat, between stays

I visit the pontoon at the agreed frequency and after every weather warning. I air the boat, check the mooring lines, fenders, bilges and cover, and send you the photos the same day. Before you arrive, I clean the interior, the deck and the cockpit. I do not touch the engine or the boat's electrics.

Your French paperwork

Post opened with your written consent, photographed and sent to you. Reminders for property tax, home insurance, boiler servicing and chimney sweeping. Help with forms and online procedures, with no legal or tax advice and no signing on your behalf.

An empty house, before a sale or after probate

When a house is emptied, the dust, the inside of the cupboards, the kitchen and the marks left by the furniture remain. I put the house back in order on the agreed date: cupboards, kitchen degreased, bathrooms descaled, inside windows and floors, with a photo report before and after for the family, the notary or the estate agent. During the sale, I make care visits and a quick touch-up before every buyer's viewing. House clearance is not included.

Three subscription plans, no minimum term, one month's notice. A free visit of the house before you commit. Care visits are maintenance and visual-check visits. They do not replace an alarm system.

Clean panels, washed from the ground, with no chemicals and no pressure washer.

My name is Patrycja Legendre and I founded Éclat & Gestion in La Rochelle. I work on site and remain your single point of contact, with a written method, professional products and the attention to detail you expect from a premium service.

My clients trust me with their keys, their premises and sometimes their boat. I make it a point of honour to earn that trust, visit after visit. You can speak to me in English, French, Polish or Russian.
